Position Overview:

We’re looking for an energetic, driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to warm leads and connecting with potential customers who have already shown interest in our products. Your goal will be to set up sales appointments with our expert team, helping drive revenue and contribute to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact warm leads via phone (no cold calling) to discuss window and door solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services to potential customers.
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with customers, ensuring a smooth handoff.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm while speaking with potential customers.
  • Track interactions and maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and customer notes in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team appointment-setting goals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an inside sales, call center, or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong phone etiquette and ability to engage potential customers in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping others.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
