If you have a passion for hospitality and a talent for leading teams, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor who will help guide our team in providing exceptional service while ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.

 

Essential Job Functions – Food & Beverage Supervisor

  • Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure efficient service and adherence to company standards.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide direction, coaching, and support to ensure high levels of guest service.
  • Assist with scheduling, assigning duties, and overseeing the work of servers, bartenders, and support staff.
  • Ensure all food and beverage service areas are properly set up, stocked, and maintained throughout service periods.
  • Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Train new associates on service standards, policies, and operational procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies, beverages, and operating materials as needed.
  • Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed and assist with end-of-shift financial reconciliation when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, bars, storage areas, and service stations.
  • Assist management with implementing company policies, service standards, and departmental goals.
  • Support management with performance feedback, coaching, and corrective action when necessary.
  • Participate in pre-shift meetings to communicate daily updates, service expectations, and special events.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction scores and support initiatives to improve service ratings.


 

 

Knowledge & Prior Experience:

  • Previous experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
  • One-year prior Restaurant Supervisory Experience
  • Preferably TIPS Certified
