The successful candidate will have strong analytic and communication skills, and work well in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment. The work is performed on-site at our customer site in Camden, NJ. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.   Duties  Perform in an agile fast paced environment applying advanced technologies, software architecture, design, verification, validation, scientific principles, and concepts to develop revolutionary radar products Participate in the entire software development process to deploy and maintain critical radar software products Develop high quality solutions with a strong commitment to applying best software and system engineering practices Basic Qualifications  Must be a US citizen  Have an active DoD secret clearance Bachelor’s degree in an engineering related discipline  Minimum 2 years of experience Proficiency in either C++ or other strong object-oriented programming experience Demonstrated analytical, applied mathematics, and problem solving skills Data analysis with MATLAB or Python Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: systems engineering, software engineering and system analysis, requirements development, verification and validation, trade studies, modeling and simulation, or integration and test Desired Qualifications Aegis baseline/BMD experience Strong mathematics background in linear algebra, statistical analysis and signal processing. Functional knowledge of Radar systems, subsystems and designs with familiarity of design tools for radar modeling. Systems development experience including algorithms, software, data analysis, and modeling and simulation. Demonstrated analytical, applied mathematics and problem-solving skills
