Nurse Practitioner

Nurse Practitioner – FULL TIME – NO OVERNIGHTS – NO HOLIDAYS

We are seeking Nurse Practitioners for the Cherry Hill Women’s Center, a state licensed ambulatory surgical center that has delivered excellence in abortion care for over 45 years, always at the forefront of best practices in our field. Our team members are committed to advocating and caring for people seeking legal, safe, compassionate and respectful abortion care through 28 weeks of pregnancy, in addition to assistance for adoption services and prenatal care.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide direct patient care
  1. Pre-procedure medical assessment
  2. Support patients in their psychosocial needs
  3. Play lead role in complex clinical situations 
  4. Post-anesthesia / recovery room nursing

The ideal NP candidate must possess:

• Strong communication skills
• Excellent patient care skills
• Intermediate computer skills (electronic medical record experience preferred)
• Ability to lift 75 pounds unassisted
• Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license
• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing
• 2+ years of NP clinical experience (prior experience as an RN will also be considered if applicable)
• Holds high standards, attention to detail and a commitment to CHWC’s mission and core values

Pay and Benefits

$55-$75 commensurate with experience 

 – no overnights – no holidays
