The Client Specialist is driven to create, build and cultivate relationships with customers and the community with a focus on prospecting and establishing a strong clientele from existing and new customers. Responsibilities include creating and fostering a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences, supporting service enhancers to build strong relationships, achieving sales and service metrics, planning and prioritizing tasks to meet customer and business needs, understanding customer needs through intentional conversation, sharing current products and fashion trends, participating in community/store activities and events, and professionally representing the brand image. The position requires technological aptitude to navigate POS/computer/iPad/handheld systems, open availability of 20-29 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and physical ability to climb ladders, move regularly, stand for extended periods, and lift/move at least 40 lbs.
