Job Title: Business Office Manager
Job Type: Full-time
The Business Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of our business office. This role is designed to be a process manager and not a people manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong background in business office management.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the business office, including managing accounts payable/receivable, attending meetings, and handling correspondence from the business office. Â
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked and readily available
Develop and implement business office policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
Manage and maintain office equipment, including computers, printers, and telephones
Manage and maintain business office records, including financial records and other important documents
Coordinate with other departments to ensure that business office operations are aligned with the facility goals and objectives
Assist in other facility departments as need to relieve reception for lunch, breaks, etc., as requested. Â

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong management skills
Physical and Sensory Requirements:
Moderate physical activity:
Requires handling of average-weight objects up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
Sitting for more than two (2) hours at a time.
Requires consistent computer work with repetitive typing and concentrating on computer screen.
