Responsibilities
- Assist with all branch operations including warehouse, delivery, inventory, customer service, administration, and sales support.Â
- Help lead and develop branch employees through training, coaching, accountability, and motivation.Â
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.Â
- Assist with identifying local market opportunities and developing customer relationships.Â
- Help ensure daily operations run smoothly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Â
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, counter personnel, and outside sales to support branch success.Â
- Monitor branch performance metrics and assist in achieving company goals and targets.Â
- Identify operational challenges and recommend solutions that improve productivity and customer service.Â
- Maintain high ethical standards and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.Â
- Build relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates to strengthen the branch’s reputation in the market.Â
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.Â
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and overall branch organization.Â
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager.Â

- Ability to meet sales and operational goals.Â
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.Â
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations and other branches as needed.Â
