Job Description

Handles inbound sales inquiries from small business owners seeking commercial insurance solutions with one of the nation's leading small business insurers. Engages prospects through consultative selling techniques to assess business needs, recommend appropriate insurance products, explain coverage options, and guide customers through the quoting and purchasing process. Delivers exceptional customer service while achieving sales, conversion, and quality performance goals. Maintains accurate customer records, ensures compliance with insurance regulations and company policies, and collaborates with underwriting and support teams to provide seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls from prospective small business insurance customers.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products and coverage options.
  • Generate quotes and support customers through policy purchase decisions.
  • Meet or exceed sales, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and policy details.
  • Adhere to regulatory, compliance, and company requirements.
  • Build trust-based relationships through professional and consultative communication.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Must have completed high school or equivalent
  • Must have an active property and casualty license
  • Must have basic knowledge with using Microsoft Office suite
