As a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner (Mid-Level), primarily recruiting for Banking and/or Insurance roles, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of relationships and partnerships with hiring leaders, candidate pools, peer partners, and third-party vendors to deliver candidates for USAA's hiring needs. You will develop and recommend recruiting strategies to proactively identify candidates and assemble a diverse pipeline of talent for open positions. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Plano, TX, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, Chesapeake, VA or Tampa, FL. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Responsibilities include identifying and building community partnerships to generate candidates, developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies, performing full life cycle recruiting, partnering with internal and external partners to establish community networks, maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) in real time, developing compelling job posting descriptions, keeping candidates informed throughout the hiring process, negotiating salary within approved range, forecasting and leading talent pool size, collaborating with hiring managers to ensure compliance, building candidate pools, consulting with hiring leaders to meet hiring requirements, serving as a resource to team members, applying knowledge of employment law, and ensuring risks are effectively managed in accordance with policies. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related experience, 4 years of progressive work experience in staffing or HR, knowledge of recruiting methods and employment laws, effective screening and interviewing techniques, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and sourcing tools. Preferred qualifications include 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, experience recruiting for Bank and/or Insurance roles, staffing firm experience sourcing passive candidates, and Eightfold CRM experience. USAA does not provide visa sponsorship for this role. Compensation range is $85,040.00 - $162,550.00, with pay based on experience and market data, and potential pay incentives based on performance.
