Daily Tasks and Support Work

• Measure, cut, and thread PVC, PEX, copper, and cast-iron pipes.
• Hand tools and pass equipment to the lead plumber.
• Clear clogged drains and locate the source of water leaks.
• Install basic fixtures like sinks, toilets, and water heaters under supervision.
• Load, unload, and transport tools and materials to and from job sites.

Maintenance and Site Safety

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow strict safety rules and wear protective gear.
• Help prepare cost estimates and talk with clients to answer simple questions.
• Complete required classroom instruction and training hours for licensing.
