Compensation & Benefits
- Shift 3 Schedule:Â Friday-Sunday 5:30 am-6:00 pm, overtime based on business needs
- Starting pay up to $21.50/hour

Shift 3 Positions & Pay Rates
Cleaner / QC Auditor
- $17.50/hour + $1.50 shift differential
- Total: $19.00/hour
Checker, Clerk, Loader/Unloader, Order Selector
- $18.50/hour + $1.50 shift differential
- Total: $20.00/hour
Equipment Operators (Reach Truck & Turret Truck)
- $20.00/hour + $1.50 shift differential
- Total: $21.50/hour

Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role plays a critical part in ensuring inventory accuracy, order fulfillment efficiency, and a safe, organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
- Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently
- Organize, stock, and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified)
- Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as required
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience a plus
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs]
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
