HUMAN SERVICES - Group Home Supervisor
Reports to:Ā Group Home Manager (Residential Director)
Full-time position available in residential program serving individuals with developmental disabilities.
Job Requirements:
ā Supervisory experience in Human Services
ā Valid CT Driver's License
ā Ability to pass pre-employment physical/PPD, drug test, criminal/DMV/Abuse Registry/past employer background checks
ā Ability to complete required trainings within 14 days of hire
Education:
High School Diploma/GED is required.
Other Qualifications:
ā Must have excellent computer skills to document on agency medical/record system
ā Ability to support, instruct and supervise individuals providing a therapeutic and safe environment
Salary/Benefits:
$22.82 hourly rate
