Maintains upbeat, positive attitude, positive energy and enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates customer wins. Is ready to serve and informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting. Anticipates needs of internal and external guests and provides fast, flawless, and friendly/helpful service. Checks for satisfaction and properly uses the Service Recovery process to resolve problems when they exist. Promotes Caesars Rewards programs and card membership. Provides a warm farewell and thank guests for visiting. Does everything in her/his power to defuse conflicts and confrontations and handle all guest interactions respectfully.
Enforces company security/safety regulations. Guards transfer of money from Jackpot Booth to Main Cage. Performs all security/safety related duties for Casino/Hotel. Represents company and its property to ensure all Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations and internal controls are adhered to at all times. Supports slot operations and casino cashiering, soft count, and food and beverage related to securing cash assets, and operates motorized vehicle, i.e. company van. Position is located in a cigarette and cigar smoke filled environment.
