Our Treasury team is seeking a proactive and detailed-oriented professional to fill the role of Administrator, Treasury.

What You Will Do

We are looking for someone who is detailed-oriented, efficient, proactive, and can thrive in a fast-paced financial environment.  As the Administrator, Treasury, you will be responsible for the efficient execution and recording of banking transactions, maintenance of accurate cash positions, timely reconciliation of accounts, and preparation of key treasury reports.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process domestic and international disbursements in line with operational deadlines and company policy.
  • Identify and record all incoming funds accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring appropriate allocation and follow-up on any unassigned transactions.
  • Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of all bank accounts. Investigate and resolve discrepancies or outstanding items efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain recurring treasury reports and schedules for internal stakeholders, audits, and compliance needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of treasury-related accounts to support the integrity of the general ledger and monthly financial close activities.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external banking partners to resolve queries, provide transaction support, and ensure smooth treasury operations.
  • Adhere to all internal controls, approval processes, and compliance standards relating to cash handling, payments, and banking activities.
  • Ensure all transaction confirmations, bank communications, and supporting documentation are filed and accessible in accordance with company policy.
  • Provide support for special treasury-related projects.
  • Any other job-related duties as required.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or other related field.
  • Completion of Level 1 CPA or equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Treasury Operations, Banking, Finance or similar administrative financial services role.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SWIFT, ACH and banking platforms would be an asset.
  • Competence in use of Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
  • Proactive and resourceful with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong sense of integrity and commitment to compliance and internal controls.
