Make an Impact Where It Matters Most

As a Master’s Social Worker in our Case Management Department, you’ll play a vital role in supporting clients and their families through some of life’s most challenging moments. You’ll be a trusted guide—helping them navigate the emotional, social, and practical implications of medical situations while coordinating meaningful programs and services that improve quality of life.

What You’ll Do

  • Interview clients and families to assess social and emotional needs

  • Coordinate and plan individualized programs and activities

  • Provide crisis intervention and emotional support

  • Help families understand the complexities and lifestyle impacts of medical conditions

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care

  • Use sound clinical judgment and creativity to meet evolving client needs

  • Work independently under general supervision with latitude to innovate

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in social work or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of standard social work concepts, practices, and procedures

  • Ability to think critically, act compassionately, and manage multiple priorities

  • Confidence in crisis intervention and family support

Additional Job Description

Education & Credentials

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited School of Social Work

  • Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in South Carolina (required)

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) (required)
