Your Contribution:

Join our team and help shape the future of medical data services! You'll design and deliver robust APIs serving pharmaceutical and medical data for various purposes while building scalable ETL pipelines that transform complex data from multiple sources into structured, actionable information. Be part of a team that values clean code, robust architecture, and continuous improvement.

  • Design, implement, and maintain a scalable API to serve medical and pharmaceutical data.

  • Develop a data model using ER modeling principles as the foundation for the API.

  • Design and maintain scalable ETL pipelines for data integration.

  • Collaborate across the full software lifecycle – from design through implementation, testing, and deployment.

  • Build and optimize data transformations across multiple formats and database technologies.

  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.

  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using GitLab CI and ArgoCD.

  • Write comprehensive tests and maintain high code quality standards.

  • Document solutions and share knowledge via Confluence.

What You Bring Along:

  • 3+ years experience as Data Engineer

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field

  • Strong expertise in Python or a JVM-based Language

  • Solid Python expertise

  • Solid API design experience in cloud environments

  • Solid understanding of ETL pipelines and data processing patterns

  • Database proficiency, particularly PostgreSQL

  • Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration

  • Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows

  • Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools (Argo Workflows, DAG-based systems)

  • Strong analytical mindset for complex data structures

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Openness to AI-assisted development tools

  • Experience with Agile workflows using Jira
