About the Role:
Richmond Mitsubishi - South is looking for a driven and personable Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing team in Richmond, VA! This is an exciting opportunity to connect with a diverse customer base, help people find their perfect vehicle, and build a rewarding career in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers on the showroom floor and lot, guiding them through the vehicle selection process
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers to ensure a seamless buying experience
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned Mitsubishi vehicles, highlighting features and benefits
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values with customers
- Follow up with leads and prospective buyers via phone, email, and in-person to drive sales conversions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and customer satisfaction (CSI) targets
- Collaborate with finance and sales management teams to close deals efficiently
Requirements:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required
- Previous automotive sales or retail sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and competitive spirit
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills a plus
