Education & Qualifications:
- Certifications in food safety and sanitation, such as ServSafe or Safe Food Handling and alcohol training.
- Highschool or GED equivalent.
- Physical Stamina and Endurance-ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks in a hot and demanding kitchen environment
Experience:
- Bartenders should have prior experience working as bartenders in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- They should have a strong understanding of front-of-house operations, including customer service techniques, order taking, and making cocktails.
- Desirable - Previous experience in a high volume restaurant.
