Burgess Inspections is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Growth-Focused Scheduler & Customer Service Representative. This full-time position blends relationship-based sales and customer support with scheduling and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, Realtors, and partners through calls, emails, and follow-ups.

  • Assist with lead generation and networking to support business growth.

  • Schedule home inspections accurately and communicate clearly with clients and inspectors.

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

  • Provide administrative and data entry support to keep operations running smoothly.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to help strengthen relationships and generate new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Excellent phone and communication skills, with a customer-first approach.

  • Previous experience in sales, scheduling, or customer service is preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus.
