Job Description:
The Goddard School at Walton Park is seeking a passionate and dedicated Private Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our students. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where each child feels valued and supported.

Assess student progress and adjust instructional methods accordingly to ensure individualized learning goals are met.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development, behavior, and academic performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field OR
State certification or licensure for teaching at the kindergarten level.
Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.
Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood learning theories.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
