Core Focus
Lead mechanical system design (HVAC, piping, ventilation)
Translate client needs into practical, cost-effective solutions
Support execution alongside project managers and field teams
Drive quality, efficiency, and constructability
Key Responsibilities
Design and engineer HVAC, piping, and ventilation systems
Develop drawings, specifications, and calculations
Collaborate with project managers on budget and schedule alignment
Interface with clients to present technical solutions
Support installation and commissioning
Ensure compliance with codes and standards
Contribute to process improvements and standardization
Qualifications
Strong background in mechanical engineering (HVAC/piping preferred)
Experience in industrial or commercial environments
Ability to work in a fast-paced design-build setting
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
Practical, solutions-oriented mindset
