Position Summary

We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our Seasonal Grounds Crew team. This position assists in maintaining the golf course, landscaping, and club grounds to ensure a safe, clean, and visually outstanding environment for members and guests.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team.

Responsibilities

Mow greens, tees, fairways, and rough
Trim and edge around bunkers, trees, and walkways
Rake bunkers and maintain sand traps
Operate basic grounds equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
Assist with irrigation and course setup
Maintain landscaping around clubhouse and common areas
Follow safety guidelines and equipment procedures

Requirements

Qualifications

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
Early morning availability (typical start times may be 5:00–6:00 AM)
Previous landscaping or golf course experience preferred but not required
