WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Prior Fitness and/or Customer Service experience.
Lead and coach others.
Knowledge of current wellness/fitness best practices and compliances.
General knowledge of exercise and use of fitness equipment.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Develop effective relationships with patients, hospital departments, and other external parties.
Training and facilitation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree
- Required High School Diploma/GED
- 1 year Fitness/Customer Service related Required
- Unit Specific Certifications - Franciscan Alliance Not Applicable
- First Aid (AID) - .
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - .
