Location: Chestnut Hill, TN
Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts; 4 on 4 off
Pay Rate: $31.87

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Have a “Teamwork” and “Root Cause Problem Solving Mindset”
  • Own and follow Safety policies and procedures.
  • Complete training from positions of Production Associate to Assembly Mechanic.
  • Daily job duties are Maintainer role in Production performing Quality checks and unplanned breakdown repair if required
  • Perform preventative maintenance as required (On a monthly basis)
  • Perform various manual or mechanical production functions by operating, adjusting, and repairing the equipment.
  • Conduct inspection of in-process and finished products and adhere to quality standards.
  • Jointly responsible for required operating data such as production figures, machine performance, efficiencies, maintenance, quality / spoilage.
  • Record keeping of job tasks on paper and in computer system.
  • Supply and maintain required hand tools. (3-month tie frame)
  • Perform clean-up, painting, and housekeeping duties.
  • Record keeping of tasks in an off shift position with rotating shifts that will require overtime including weekends

We’d love to hear from you if: 

  • You have experience in an industrial environment or military experience troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining manufacturing equipment 

  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting, industrial and motor controls a plus but not required

  • Comfortable with mechanical lifts, ladders, kneeling, bending and twisting; lifting up to 50 lbs 

  • Working independently and managing multiple tasks in an off shift position with rotating shifts that will require overtime including weekends
