Responsible for overseeing the life cycle of each grant proposal and funded grant project. Prepares and manages requests for grant proposals, narratives, and applications for submissions. Facilitates relevant cross-departmental grant project team management to implement and report grant deliverables. Tracks grant compliance and provide status reports to relevant departments, including Executive Leadership. Collaborates with the Finance Department on grant tracking and grant management. Responsible for gathering necessary report data and reporting on grant progress. Assists the Finance Department in requesting reimbursement and drawdowns, as needed. Responsible for maintaining all necessary grant-related materials in compliance with NEW Health’s document retention procedure. Perform other duties as assigned. Travel may be required QualificationsQualifications: Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or previous work experience in nonprofit administration or grants administration. Previous experience in grant writing and grant administration preferred. Previous experience in project management preferred. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Attention to detail and following written instructions are required. Project management skills, including time management and multi-tasking required. Creativity and adaptability are required. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to move around the facility; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
