COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) 

• Minimum 2-year salary guarantee of $350,000
• Partnership after 2 years of employment
• Income potential of $600,000 - $700,000 or more within 5 years
• $50,000 sign-on bonus

• This organization is continuing its growth with current construction of a new surgery & Physical Therapy Center
• Work alongside a personable, driven, and highly skilled Spine Surgeon

• Must be Board Eligible or board certified PM&R and/or Pain Medicine
• Searching for a physician that is comfortable with pain management, epidurals, and EMG's for muscle and nerve functions
