Position: The Multimedia Marketing Specialist is responsible for generating advertising revenue by developing and maintaining relationships with local businesses and clients. This role involves selling television and digital advertising solutions to help businesses grow their brands and reach their target audiences. The Account Executive must be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, competitive media environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

· Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

· Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience preferred, however will train the right candidate. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Skills: Strong understanding of the local market and key business segments. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Self-Starter: Ability      to work independently, manage multiple client accounts, and generate new      business opportunities. 
• Customer-Centric: A passion for helping clients achieve their business goals      through advertising and marketing solutions.
• Digital software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and      Google Suite, along with the ability to learn proprietary software      quickly.
