We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Client Services Team Member to join our fast-paced and growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping clients, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service every day.

SUMMARY

Receives payment for service, parts, and sales transactions, schedules service appointments, manages service loaners, answers phones, and plays a key role in maintaining or creating customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Answer phones and transfer calls to the correct extension

Greets customers at the cashier desk in a pleasant and professional manner.

Computes customer bills.

Receives cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers; recordsthe  amount received on the daily log


Refers customers who have questions about the work performed, additional maintenance, or repairs, etc. to the service advisor or other appropriate individual.

Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.

Maintains and files repair orders, parts invoices, rental forms, and lists any missing documents

Assists the service and parts department with telephone coverage.

Provides clerical and secretarial assistance to parts and service departments as needed.

Works with the department manager to keep abreast of new products and services offered, their features and value, specials, and recalls

Maintains a professional appearance.

Keeps work area neat and clean.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Reports to work on time
