Job Title: Production Associate

Reports to: Package & Assembly Supervisor

Position Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

Perform assembly, packaging, and production tasks to meet operational goals while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assemble and package products
· Follow work instructions and SOPs
· Maintain production pace and quality
· Inspect products for defects
· Keep work area clean and organized
· Support team production goals

REASONING ABILITY:

· Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changes

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

· Basic English required

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

· High School preferred
· Entry-level to 1 year experience
