Position Summary

The Business Operations Specialist is a key role responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the business run smoothly. They are involved in various activities, including project management, process improvement, data analysis, and strategic planning. This role requires a combination of technical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication abilities.

What will your job entail?

Job Responsibilities: • Coordinate and oversee the execution of company operations to ensure efficiency. • Analyze business operations and deliver reports to the management team. • Identify operational bottlenecks and develop strategies to resolve them. • Collaborate with different departments to align their operations with the business goals. • Implement business strategies and monitor their effectiveness. • Manage operational budgets to promote profitability. • Develop and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. • Provide training and guidance to team members to accomplish operational goals. Work Experience and Education: · Bachelor’s degree Business Administration with a minimum of 5 years of related experience. Licenses & Certifications: · Project Management Professional (PMP), Certification in Process Excellence (CPE) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is preferred. Technical/Functional Skills: · Knowledge Of Insurance Industry · Lean Tools and Techniques · Automation · Policy Formulation · Agile Methodology · Operations Management · Operational Governance · Operational Strategies · Financial Management Behavioral Skills: · Effective Communication · Interpersonal Skills · Attention to Detail · Decision Making · Problem-Solving · Continuous Learning

The target salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually.

The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
