Hiring: Client Relationship Manager

Chicago, IL Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM $80,000 – $140,000 annually

About the Role

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in expanding and strengthening relationships with commercial interiors industry professionals and workplace decision-makers. You’ll serve as a connector between clients, partners, and our internal teams while helping generate new business opportunities through relationship-driven engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, architects, project managers, property managers, and workplace decision-makers
• Identify opportunities to support clients and partners with furniture and facility service solutions
• Build trust through regular in-person meetings, networking events, office visits, and client engagement activities
• Position Rightsize Facility as a valued and trusted partner on upcoming and active projects
• Collaborate closely with internal sales and operations teams to support project success
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking organizations
• Support strategic growth initiatives and new business development efforts
• Maintain a proactive pipeline of relationship-building and client engagement opportunities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the commercial interiors industry
• Established network within commercial real estate, architecture, design, workplace services, or related industries preferred
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in the field and attending industry events regularly
• Professional, confident, and relationship-focused in client-facing environments
• Strategic thinker with the ability to turn relationships into opportunities
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
