 JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active IL medical license, Controlled Substance (CS), and DEA (must reflect IL address)
• Board: BC in EM, IM, or FM (ABPS not accepted)
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS (Merit Badge certifications)
• Experience: Recent CME within 2 years; complete documentation including education diplomas and references
• Other Qualifications: Hospital interview required; references submitted on hospital-specific forms
 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide direct emergency care in a facility with 6K annual visits
• Collaborate with APPs and clinical team
• Manage all shifts and responsibilities per emergency department coverage needs
