What this job involves:
As a Senior Project Manager at JLL, you will play a pivotal role for the Retail Construction Projects Team and will be directly responsible for supporting the delivery of challenging retail projects for a financial services client.
What your day-to-day will look like:Â
Â
Delivering exceptional project management servicesÂ
Managing and overseeing all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and executionÂ
Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project successÂ
Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standardsÂ
Providing leadership and guidance to project teams, empowering them to thrive and excelÂ
Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectivesÂ
Championing JLL's values and culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and belongingÂ
Â
Required qualifications:Â
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)Â
PMP certification or equivalent project management certificationÂ
Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industryÂ
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completionÂ
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsÂ
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyÂ
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environmentÂ
Â
Preferred qualifications:Â
Master's degree in a related fieldÂ
Experience leading projects in multiple sectors, including office, retail, industrial, and healthcareÂ
Demonstrated experience in change management and driving innovationÂ
Knowledge of construction processes and building codesÂ
Proficiency in project management software and toolsÂ
Â

Estimated compensation for this position:
105,000.00 – 150,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
