Your Impact:
It is your responsibility to supervise and coordinate assigned projects in order to complete the work on time, within budget, and to the highest quality while serving as Executive Construction’s field representative. You are responsible to protect and promote the interests of Executive Construction in all matters. In the performance of this role you will protect and promote the interest of Executive Construction in all matters; interface with the owner, design team, and customer; and take actions as required to execute the following duties.Â
PreconstructionÂ
- Collaborate on the development of the Master Project ScheduleÂ
- Support constructability reviews and logistics planningÂ
- Attend pre-bid meetings and walk-throughs, as requiredÂ
- Attend trade partner scope reviews prior to trade awardÂ
- Identify and proactively plan for safe practices on the project; communicate with trade partners regarding upcoming critical safety tasksÂ
SchedulingÂ
- Identify and track/update long lead items and material procurementÂ
- Prepare and distribute look ahead schedules and focus schedulesÂ
- Coordinate all required inspections (municipal, material, etc.)Â
- Schedule all trade and manpower activities for logical and efficient work flowÂ
- Identify schedule slippage (if applicable) and provide a recovery planÂ
Job ManagementÂ
- Prepare and distribute detailed Daily Construction Reports (DCRs).  Â
- Host weekly trade partner coordination meetings and provide detailed meeting minutesÂ
- Pro-actively manage and report Executive Construction direct labor Â
- Lead schedule and field issue discussions during OAC meetings Â
- Prepare and maintain emergency contact listÂ
- Conduct start-up meetings with trade partners to review scope of work, schedule, and safety requirementsÂ
- Enforce all terms of the general contract and subcontract agreements Â
- Manage QA / QC program, including inspecting and approving work productÂ
- Prepare RFI’s providing recommended solutions for considerationÂ
- Understand, maintain, and organize documents, i.e., drawings, specs, supplemental sketches, shop drawings, and approved submittalsÂ
- Seek opportunities to enhance project efficienciesÂ
- Manage and communicate field initiated trade contactor field requestsÂ
- Manage efficient and timely project close-out including punch list completion, as-built review, and attic stock demobilizationÂ
- Track jobsite tools and equipmentÂ
- Utilize Sway to create and publish weekly progress photosÂ
SafetyÂ
- Properly use Executive Construction job signage and understand branding protocolÂ
- Hold trade partner foremen responsible for safe practices within their scope Â
- Follow and support trades to ensure all Executive Construction / OSHA safety rules are followedÂ
- Maintain current OSHA required certifications, i.e., 30-hour, CPR, and scaffoldÂ
- Maintain a clean work siteÂ
- Perform weekly safety inspections, document findings, and oversee timely completion of correctionsÂ
- Report same day accident / incident to Director of Field Operations, Safety Director, and Project TeamÂ
- Prepare and maintain Emergency Action Plan for specific projectsÂ
- Support project team as needed to address issues as they ariseÂ
- Track subcontractor insurance for access to buildingsÂ
- Host and present weekly toolbox talksÂ
TrainingÂ
- Participate in Executive Construction’s training programÂ
- Dedicate time for ongoing constructability education and understanding all aspects of construction drawings Â
- Recommend training topics, lessons learned, etc.Â
Business Development Â
- Enhance Executive Construction’s reputation with partners through performance and relationshipsÂ

Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar program AND a minimum of 3 years of assistant superintendent experience OR
- Minimum of 5 years of construction industry experienceÂ
Pay Range:Â $120,000-$130,000
