Role OverviewĀ
CboeĀ Global Markets is seeking aĀ Learning & DevelopmentĀ SpecialistĀ to join our growing Talent Management team.Ā Reporting to theĀ Director of Learning & Development, you willĀ support theĀ development,Ā administration, and continuousĀ evolutionĀ ofĀ programsĀ and initiativesĀ related to LearningĀ thatĀ includesĀ onboarding, ongoing development, and leadership development.Ā Ā

Your Responsibilities Will BeĀ
Ā
LearningĀ Solution DesignĀ & Delivery:Ā
SupportsĀ theāÆdelivery and executionāÆofĀ career developmentĀ learningĀ programs and learning pathsĀ includingĀ onboarding, internship programs,Ā and leadership development.Ā
Contributes to theāÆdesign, development, and creationāÆof training materials to ensure consistency and quality of content that meets the needs of the training programs.Ā
Curates online learning coursesāÆvia LearningĀ ManagementĀ Systems based on needs from the business.Ā
Co-facilitates learning, via in person or virtually, using a variety of instructional techniques and methods based on best practices and adult learning.Ā
Deploys assessmentsĀ toĀ validateĀ learner comprehension and adoption.Ā
Analyzes dataĀ to report on the ROI of learning programs and suggests improvementsĀ Ā
Ā
SystemsĀ AdministrationĀ & ProgramĀ CoordinationĀ
Support theĀ administration and troubleshootingĀ needs of theĀ LMSĀ platform.Ā
CreatesĀ andĀ maintainsĀ learning paths and required curriculum within our LMS to track learner completion rates and usage data.Ā
Maintain learning calendar, course descriptions, and schedules.Ā
Enroll participants into learning sessionsĀ andĀ maintainĀ registration for courses.Ā
Coordinate LMS updatesĀ across the Learning Admins within the system.Ā Ā
Ā
Learning Program Management:Ā Ā
Support the employee lifecycle and career development programs by working to embed aĀ culture of learningĀ through dynamic programmingĀ Ā
PrepareĀ communications materialsĀ for key programsĀ that drive learner participation and deepen our culture of learningĀ
PartnerĀ with stakeholdersĀ across the enterprise to schedule, prepare, and deliver in-person learning experiences, including internal communications,Ā brandĀ and facilities teamsĀ Ā
Manage attendeeĀ experienceĀ and pre/post-work, set up in-person training sessions (print materials, tent cards, room set-up, supplies, food/beverage orders, etc.)Ā

Talent ProgramĀ SupportĀ Ā
Supports the performance management lifecycle (goal setting, performance reviews, career conversations, talent reviews, calibration sessions) and career development programs.Ā
GeneratesāÆpresentations and reportsāÆto update align or inform key stakeholders and leaders.Ā
AssistsĀ ināÆevaluating and analyzingĀ talent needsāÆand outcomes using reporting, surveys focus groupsĀ
ParticipateĀ in broader HRĀ departmentĀ projectsĀ andĀ initiativesĀ as neededĀ Ā

The Ideal Candidate HasĀ
BA or BS degree in a relevant field.Ā
1-2Ā yearsā work experienceĀ inĀ learning, talentĀ developmentĀ orĀ learningĀ designĀ
Recent experienceĀ asĀ aĀ Learning Management SystemĀ administrator. Learn 365 andĀ Workday system experience is aĀ plus.Ā
Project management skillsĀ includingĀ planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and consistently delivering reliable results.Ā
Excellent verbal, written,Ā and presentation /Ā facilitation skillsĀ
Intermediate toĀ advancedĀ proficiencyĀ with Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Ā PowerPointĀ and Excel), Teams, and SharePoint.Ā

Our pay ranges are determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, role, experience, level, and location. The national new hire base pay range for this job in the United States is $72,250-$89,250. This range represents the minimum and maximum base pay the company expects to offer for new hires working in the position full time. If you live in one of the following areas or if you work in a Cboe office in the following areas, the range may be higher according to the geographic differentials listed below:

Within the range, individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
