Reporting to the Director of Digital Commerce Analytics, the Digital Commerce Analytics Associate Director will be responsible for developing insights and leading strategic projects to accelerate the growth of Kimberly-Clark’s North America Omnichannel business and drive the development of our digital commerce capabilities. The Associate Director will partner closely with stakeholders across Brand Management, Omnichannel Commerce, Sales, and Marketing, and manage a team of 1-2.

In this role, you will:

  • Independently lead analyses to identify opportunities to accelerate eCommerce growth across categories and customers, covering assortment and pricing, retail media, digital shelf, ratings and reviews, competitive activity and competitor insights

  • Own thought leadership for business problem definition, project scoping, analytical approach and work-planning

  • Add personal insight, galvanize discussion and debate across the organization on key strategic issues, generating ideas and creative frameworks, and use a combination of facts, judgment, and personal impact to build credibility and influence outcomes

  • Map existing opportunities across data, tools, and processes.

  • Manage relationships with senior analytics stakeholders across Retail Media networks, technology vendors, and consulting partners

  • Monitor external trends on analytics and best-in-class capabilities in the market.

  • Support tech stack evaluations against the roadmap and assess external partners.

  • Develop standards for measuring performance

  • Partner with appropriate teams to execute the analytics strategy, including Data & Analytics Product Management, Brand Teams, Omnichannel, Category Management and Customer Teams, RGM and external partners (i.e.: Retail Media Agency, data vendors)

  • Expertise in CPG and eCommerce

  • Knowledge of key players in CPG, dynamics and trends, key industry analyses and metrics, etc.

  • in eCommerce operations and KPIs, inclusive of Retail Media networks, organic and paid growth strategies, and landscape of data and technology players

  • Leading & Embedding Change: Lead a complex project or multiple projects, manage resources, interdependencies, and mitigate risks

  • Influence & Stakeholder Management: Independently navigate organizational complexities to deliver results, effectively aligning interests across levels and functions

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • MBA from top-tier business school highly preferred

  • 7+ years of business experience in strategy consulting, related business analysis, functional line experience within strategy, marketing, finance, operations, or sales analytics with a history of demonstrated business success, with a preference for eCommerce experience

  • 3+ years of consulting experience with one of the blue-chip strategy consulting firms such as, Bain, BCG, McKinsey, etc. or comparable strategy consulting firm / function

  • Additional industry experience in a consumer-oriented (CPG, retail) company in strategy development, finance, marketing, or other role with strategic content highly preferred

  • Demonstrated success in driving business results through objective and fact-based analysis

Salary Range: 173,400 – 214,200 USD. At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
