- Willing to wait for license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Call, 7 on / 7 off, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, Weekend call
- ACLS required
- 1 - 2 cases per day
- Aneurysm repairs, arterial bypass, peripheral, vascular access devices, AV shunt procedures
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
