Job Description

Position Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst provides financial analysis and reporting across multiple portfolios. The role encompasses a wide range of activities, including forecasting and budgeting, generating cash flow projections, analyzing investment returns, and preparing materials for investor presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive annual budgets and conduct quarterly reforecasts to support strategic financial planning.
  • Communicate business strategies and goals, monitor performance against targets, and identify key risks and performance gaps.
  • Deliver regular performance updates to executive leadership, highlighting key business drivers and trends.
  • Perform complex business and financial modeling, applying critical thinking and sound judgment to support analysis and recommendations.
  • Drive and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships across teams and departments to support shared business goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
  • 3-5 years of applicable and relevant experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required, including model building using dynamic arrays.
  • Previous experience with OneStream, Hyperion or a similar product.
  • Adapt effectively to change while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and proactive ownership, maintaining a positive, solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support shared goals and initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and how they are interconnected.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of public company reporting and the relationship between operational activity and financial performance.
  • Leverage working knowledge of commercial real estate, including exposure to mergers and acquisitions, leasing, asset management, development, valuations, budgeting and forecasting, and capital markets.

Compensation

  • Salary type: Exempt 
  • Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
  • Annual Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 
  • Annual Bonus: 15%
