In this role, you will:

Lead and manage AI enablement initiatives within a large enterprise transformation program.
Coordinate across underwriting, IT, operations/back-office teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Support vendor-managed initiatives and assist with RFP processes for upcoming projects.
Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure initiatives remain on schedule.
Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technology teams to align priorities and objectives.
Provide regular status reporting and updates to executive leadership and program stakeholders.
Maintain detailed project documentation and support administrative project management activities as required.

Who You Are:

7+ years of project management experience, preferably within enterprise transformation or technology programs.
Experience managing AI, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience required.
Experience coordinating with multiple vendors and cross-functional teams.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage projects in fast-paced environments with aggressive timelines.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on project coordination.

Preferred Experience:

Experience supporting enterprise AI enablement or data-driven initiatives.
Familiarity with large transformation programs that involve multiple vendors and technology implementations.
