Job Description

Position Overview
The Analyst, Applied AI (Enterprise Analytics & AI) supports the application of enterprise AI tools and platforms to build practical AI solutions that deliver business value. This role works under the guidance of senior team members, contributing to low-code AI agent development and helping teams begin integrating AI into their everyday workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the configuration and testing of low-code AI agents and custom AI solutions.
  • Support business teams by documenting workflows and gathering information to help identify potential AI use cases, as directed.
  • Develop foundational familiarity with the organization's enterprise AI platforms, including their key features and limitations.
  • Assist in the evaluation of third-party AI applications by collecting data, documenting findings, and organizing results.
  • Help gather and organize AI usage and adoption data to support team reporting and analysis efforts.
  • Contribute to the preparation of training content and user guidelines that support responsible and effective AI use across the organization.
  • Monitor emerging AI capabilities and share relevant observations with the team.
  • Provide support to Enterprise Analytics & AI data scientists, data engineers, and analytics team members on assigned tasks, as directed.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field such as computer science, information systems, engineering, data science, or a related discipline.
  • No prior professional experience required.
  • Basic familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 productivity tools.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • High level of curiosity, enthusiasm for emerging technologies, and a continuous-learning mindset.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Coursework, academic projects, or internship exposure to AI tools, agents, or low-code platforms.
  • Familiarity with responsible AI concepts, data privacy, or governance principles.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI services, or related tools.
  • Experience creating or contributing to presentations, documentation, or instructional materials.
  • Exposure to coding languages such as Python or SQL.

Base Pay

70,000.00 - 82,000.00 USD Annual

Bonus: 15%

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
 
In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which are designed to reward individual and company performance. Your recruiter can share more about bonus eligibility for this position during the hiring process.
