Our upscale casual dining establishment is seeking a passionate and experienced Kitchen Manager to help lead the team. This is a significant opportunity for advancement and growth.

Role Overview: As the AKM, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our kitchen operations. Your proactive approach to communication and leadership will be instrumental in upholding our high-quality food standards, maintaining a cohesive team, driving growth, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.
Requirements:
· Demonstrated track record of success in a leadership role in the hospitality industry.
· Passionate about food, service, dining, and the restaurant industry.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Strong analytical and prioritization skills.
Responsibilities:
· Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team focused on delivering exceptional guest experience.
· Collaborate with the management team to improve day-to-day operations.
· Assist the Executive Kitchen Manager in managing financial aspects of the operation.
· Cultivate relationships with employees to develop trust and maximize teamwork.
