- Assist Lead Teacher in leading pre-planned activities and supervise children during Open Play times.
- Respond to children’s daily needs with flexibility, patience, and nurturing.
- Change diapers for younger children, assist with snacks and lunch as needed.
- Supervise nap times and be able to keep the class rhythm flowing.Â
- Help prepare the classroom and materials for the upcoming day’s activities.
Requirements
1 years of experience with children in a coaching or babysitting capacity.
Experience leading activities and working with children ages 3m-3y.
Current CPR + First-Aid Certification or willingness to become certified
Record of up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass a background check
Excellent attitude and proactive approach to work
