The Managed Services Associates plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of managed services to clients. By effectively helping clients leverage the best out of their EPM systems, the Associate contributes to the growth and profitability of the organization's managed services department. This role requires strong skills, technical expertise, and a customer-centric mindset to deliver exceptional service experiences and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of managed services, ensuring timely resolution of client issues.
• Provide support to the Oracle EPM managed services team, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Monitor service performance metrics and assist in implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and integration with other systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EPM updates and industry trends to provide informed support to clients.
• Assist in managing service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and client satisfaction to senior team members.
- Proven expertise and hands-on experience on incidents and service requests, including configuration changes and enhancements, related to at least 1 of the following areas:
- Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) (Required)
- Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) (Preferred)
- Account Reconciliation (ARC) (Preferred)
- Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS) (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in Oracle EPM services or similar roles: 2-4 years of relevant experience for Associate level; 5+ years of relevant experience for Senior Associate level.
- Good knowledge of Oracle EPM modules and functionalities, with at least one certification (level 2 support).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
- Must be based on the West Coast (Pacific Time Zone) to support client coverage needs.
- Proactive, autonomous, and client-driven, with the flexibility and willingness to address a wide range of client requests, even those outside of one's specific area of expertise.
The estimated base salary for this job is $110,000 - $140,000 (U.S.). The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $126,500 - $161,000 (U.S.). The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental, and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
