This a hybrid position based in Chicago, IL. As an Audit Staff, you will be responsible for: Familiar with accounting and reporting standards, with a willingness to learn and grow. Offer proactive assistance and support to Senior Professionals. Conduct audit, review, and compilation procedures including testing of controls, substantive testing, and analytical procedures, to evaluate the accuracy and completeness of financial information. Effectively communicate and cultivate collaborative and professional relationships with peers, supervisors, and clients. Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in auditing practices. Participate in professional development activities to enhance technical skills and knowledge. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.  Minimum GPA of 3.0 from an accredited college or university. CPA or obtain 150 credit hours for CPA eligibility preferred  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client responsiveness. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills. Ability to excel both independently and collaboratively. Approach projects with a sense of urgency. Outstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Knowledge of Caseware/Caseview is a plus.
