What you'll do:

Manage broker and institutional counterparty relationships across multiple products
Negotiate prices and make options markets for brokers and other relevant external parties
Collaborate and communicate effectively with screen traders to manage portfolio risk and pricing
Develop new relationships to improve access to flow and expand the business
Conduct trade analysis to identify trends and capitalize on opportunities

Qualifications and skills:

Previous experience (1+ years) in an options market making role covering brokers and institutional counterparties
BA/BS/MS/PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Math, Economics, Finance, Physics, or related field
Strong verbal communication skills, detail oriented, team player
Excellent ability to use market information to positively impact trading operations
Ability to work well under pressure and make fast decisions in a dynamic market
Strong interpersonal skills, can successfully manage and form external counterparty relationships

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Base salary represents just one part of overall compensation; all full-time, permanent roles are eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits, including items in the above list.

The base salary for this role is 150,000 USD per year
