Job Description

We are building a dedicated US Transformation function to help business leaders design and deliver scalable operating models for the firm’s highest-priority strategic initiatives. This role partners directly with business leaders to shape strategy and drive execution.

You will work across the Distribution, Operations, Investments, Data, Compliance and Technology functions to improve how the business operates end-to-end using structured analysis and hands-on delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Partnership & Strategy Execution: Work alongside business stakeholders to define and execute priorities; translate strategy into initiatives and delivery plans.
  • Operating Model Analysis & Design: Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable tech-enabled operating models.
  • Project Delivery: Own initiatives end-to-end; manage timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Requirements & Solution Development: Develop clear, implementation-ready requirements and documentation.
  • AI-Enabled Analysis: Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize stakeholder inputs, improve process documentation and identify automation opportunities while ensuring quality and governance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiency and scalability improvements aligned to strategic priorities.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–5 years in asset management or financial services; ideally with experience in Operations, Distribution, Investments, Data, Compliance, Technology, Client Onboarding, Reporting or a related function.  
  • AI / Technology Mindset: Comfortable using AI tools to improve speed, quality, and insight generation; interested in how automation and data can improve business processes.
  • Preferred: Cross-functional exposure, familiarity with data concepts or SQL, and experience supporting business change, process improvement, or project delivery.

Additional Information

The starting salary offer will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s education, job-related experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location, and market factors. This position is also eligible to participate in the company’s annual discretionary bonus plan.
