The Business Sales Analyst supports WTW’s enterprise sales analytics strategy by delivering analytics requirements across all businesses and segments. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, Sales Operations, and Sales Analytics teams to enhance the effectiveness of sales data models and insights that inform decision‑making and go‑to‑market strategies. The role contributes directly to growth by advancing sales analytics capabilities, including predictive insights across sales trends, pipeline performance, and cross‑business connectivity. The role is remote based at London or Ipswich location.
The Role:
- Act as a global sales analytics partner to WTW businesses, sales operations and sales leaders by applying strong analytical and business acumen to support commercial decision‑making.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand business questions and translate them into scalable analytics and reporting solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver clear, actionable sales insights.
- Perform ongoing data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of sales insights.
- Apply a strong understanding of sales, finance and/or marketing data to ensure insights are contextually relevant.
- Identify data quality issues, raise concerns proactively, and support resolution through structured analysis.
- Manage and prioritize a sales analytics enhancement roadmap, providing visibility into delivery timelines and impact on reporting and analytics plans.
- Leverage Microsoft tools, with strong expertise in Power BI, Power Query, Excel, and Microsoft Dynamics, to support sales analytics delivery.
