We’re looking for a highly motivated Channel Partner Manger to build and grow a high-performing Referral Partner ecosystem that fuels our go-to-market success. In this role, you’ll identify, onboard, and manage referral partners who can introduce qualified prospects and generate pipeline.

This is a relationship-driven, partner-first role focused on creating long-term value through trusted partnerships. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure partner-generated opportunities are high quality, actionable, and aligned with our target customers.

What You’ll Do:

Build a Strong Partner Ecosystem
• Identify, recruit, and onboard referral partners across key industries (e.g., advisory firms, consultants, professional services)
• Develop a pipeline of high-potential partners through networking, outreach, and industry engagement
• Assess partner fit based on alignment with target customers and opportunity potential
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure agreements are compliant and effectively executed

Enable Partner Success
• Provide partners with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to generate qualified referrals
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with partners through consistent engagement
• Conduct regular touchpoints and business reviews to maintain momentum and alignment

Drive Performance and Results
• Monitor partner performance across key metrics such as lead quality, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates
• Identify opportunities to improve partner output and implement strategies to increase engagement
• Continuously refine the partner portfolio to focus on high-value contributors

What Success Looks Like

• A growing network of active, productive referral partners
• Consistent delivery of high-quality, sales-accepted leads
• Meaningful pipeline contribution from partner-sourced opportunities
• Strong partner engagement and retention

Required Experience

• 5+ years in partnerships, channel sales, or business development
• Proven success building and managing external partner relationships
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements or similar business arrangements
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across teams

Preferred Experience

• Background in financial services, fintech, payments, or foreign exchange
• Familiarity with B2B payments or cross-border solutions
• Experience working in a global or matrixed organization

Pay Transparency Statement

Convera is committed to pay transparency and equity in accordance with applicable U.S. state and local laws. For this position, the expected base salary range is [$95,000 - $133,000] per year + variable commission, depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographic location. We use a tiered geographic pay system to ensure fairness across regions. Candidates in high-cost areas may receive higher offers within the posted range.
