The Role:
Work Model: OnSite
Pay Rate: $21.50
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm

Summary / Primary Role:
The position of Clamp Driver will have primary responsibility for the material handling for servicing specific customer and internal order processing by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Handle large rolls of paper weighing between 2,000 lbs and 5,500 lbs., unload rail containers, and load trailers for outbound shipments.Â

What You’ll Do:
- Overall responsibility for material handling including receive/scan truckload/railcars and put away in locations. Pick/Scan orders and Load materials to truckload/railcar.Â
- Maintain 100% inventory integrity. Accurately record and submit product locations. Record and submit location changes.Â
- Accurately follow all SOPs, documents, and procedures as required.Â
- Load trailers for outbound shipments according to load plans and customer requirements.Â
- Conduct daily pre-operation inspections of forklift equipment and report any mechanical issues.Â
- Assist in staging and organizing products for efficient loading and unloading.Â
- Maintain accurate records of product movement using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.Â
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks to keep work areas clean and free of hazards.Â
- Support inventory control efforts by participating in cycle counts and physical inventories.Â
- Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.Â
- Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines, including proper PPE usage and safe driving practices.Â
- Identify and report damaged products or packaging and assist in rework or disposal as needed.Â
- Assist with wrapping, labeling, and preparing rolls for shipment when required.Â
- Participate in cross-training to support other warehouse functions as needed.Â
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment including cleaning and maintaining Forklift and Clamp equipmentÂ

What You Bring:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredÂ
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating clamp forklifts preferred, preferably in a paper or heavy materials environment.Â
- Ability to safely handle loads up to 5,500 lbs.Â
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory systems. Â
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Â
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Â
- Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.Â
