As a fiduciary, we serve as an advocate for our clients, providing objective advice and comprehensive guidance across all aspects of our clients’ financial lives.


Position Summary: The Client Service Intern plays a supporting role for the investment advisor teams. They will assist in the collection and analysis of data used to develop investment policy recommendations for current and prospective clients and assist in the implementation and review of asset allocations of client portfolios. The Client Service Intern reports to the senior members of the Client Service team.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings with clients and prospective clients
  • Participate and take notes during meetings with client service team members and clients
  • Prepare and analyze reports for investment performance tracking, retirement planning, charitable gifting and tax preparation
  • Participate in research projects, money manager calls and meetings with custodial banks


Qualifications

  • Preferred candidate is a rising junior for their upcoming school year
  • Candidate must be enrolled in an accredited 4-year finance, accounting or economics program with significant course work in these areas
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or better
  • Must be highly motivated with strong work ethic
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
